Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (recognized by AOTA)
Holds current license and/or registration in the state of Maryland (as applicable)

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician orders
Document all findings and assessments accurately and in a timely manner
Develop individualized treatment plans, including short- and long-term goals, therapy frequency, and modalities
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services and adjust treatments as necessary
Ensure timely acquisition of physician orders for all treatments, evaluations, recertifications, and discharges
